Annual Clinical Meeting Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

SOGH also offers Exhibitor opportunities at the Annual Clinical Meeting.  The Hilton Cleveland Downtown affords us a beautiful, functional meeting space and an exhibitor area optimal for interaction with conference attendees.  Exhibit booths include one (1) six-foot skirted table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) complimentary registration badges which include access to two (2) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, and the Opening Night Reception. Additional booth personnel can be added for $200. Enhanced Exhibit includes pre-show blast to registered attendees.  Exhibitor rates and additional details will be updated as they are confirmed.

OB/GYN Hospitalists are the leaders in each of their Labor & Delivery departments.  They are on every committee that approves budgets and plans for new equipment.  Also, their prescribing habits, surgical tools, and approaches to diagnosis are followed by private OB/GYNs, family physicians, and midwives.

SOGH website advertising provides an effective way for your company to increase brand awareness with a very targeted audience.

• Ads are sold for three, six, nine or 12-month periods of time and are priced as follows:

eNewsletter Advertising

SOGH distributes newsletters to stakeholders six times each year.  Sponsorship of a newsletter is $1,000 and will include your company’s banner prominently featured at the top of the newsletter that links to a website of your choosing. The anticipated launch date for each newsletter is the first Monday of the month.  Sponsorship opportunities for 2018 include:

Surveys

SOGH offers a limited number of opportunities to survey and send eBlasts to its membership database. Requests to distribute a survey are reviewed as submitted and specific criteria is required in order to be considered.  Fees for surveys are based on total distribution.  Submit an online form to request more information.
