Hi all,
During this Pandemic, we have found that running simulations has been very enlightening in tightening our processes and giving our staff an opportunity to ask questions. People feel more comfortable that they are capable of taking care of Mothers who may be affected in a safe way. I am attaching three of the sims that we have run. Does anyone have sims that they would like to share?

This is a great idea! Sims allow people to explore their strengths and weakness as well as give reassurance when it really happens. I strongly encourage those who have not yet had PUIs and Positive patients to run sims now. We have started to increase cases in our community and we continue to find our shortcomings with every new case. I wish I had run sims with our team prior to COVID ramping up in our hospital.
